2016-17 Panini Revolution On the Rise #OTR-19 Christian Pulisic

The 2016-17 Panini Revolution product was released on June 14, 2017, which was only eleven days after the 2016-17 UEFA Champions League final that marks the end of the 2016-17 European soccer season.  Given this, we consider this to be a 2016-17 rookie product for Christian Pulisic notwithstanding the “2017” copyright on the cards and boxes creating possible ambiguity as to whether this is a rookie product in the minds of some (we also note that this “2017” product was actually issued more than a month before the July 26-30, 2017 release of Pulisic’s Panini National Convention cards that were labeled as “2016-17” products).  Christian Pulisic’s cards in the 2016-17 Panini Revolution product include a base card #31 (which has ten parallels, including the base version) and three insert cards that each also have their own parallels.  These three inserts consist of an On the Rise insert, a Vortex insert, and an autograph card.

The 2016-17 Panini Revolution On the Rise #OTR-19 Christian Pulisic insert card and its parallels are only available in hobby boxes, as the On the Rise inserts were exclusive to these packs.  The On the Rise insert cards have a pull rate of 1.5 per box for the base versions and .81 per box for parallel versions.  We only opened a single case of this product so we acknowledge the pull rate for the entire print run could be slightly different.  However, with the box after box results within the case being consistent, we believe this is an accurate estimate.  As stated in our discussion of the 2016-17 Panini Revolution #31 Christian Pulisic base card, we believe there are 28,805 hobby boxes in total, which means there are an estimated 43,207 total On the Rise cards or 1,728 copies of the 2016-17 Panini Revolution On the Rise #OTR-19 Christian Pulisic base insert card and each other base insert card in the On the Rise Set.  Regarding the parallel versions at a .81 pull rate, that would give us 23,404 parallel cards, or 936 parallel copies of each On the Rise insert card.  We know the Cosmic /100, Magna /29 and Disco /25 are part of that amount along with the Galactic 1:730 packs having a print run of just seven copies, so that leaves us with 725 copies for the Astro and Infinite versions.  To allocate these 725 copies we will assume the same relationship as the base card between these parallel versions, which is 4:1 in favor of the Astro.  This gives us a print run of 604 copies of the Astro version and 151 of the Fractal version.  Thus, we believe all parallels of the 2016-17 Panini Revolution On the Rise #OTR-19 Christian Pulisic insert card are as follows:​
